1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for Bull & Carabao, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

Bull & Carabao publishes a daily brief covering US and Philippine financial markets, including market data, news summaries, and explanatory context. It is provided for informational purposes only.

The service is offered in three tiers:

• Just Reading: anyone can read the full daily issue on our website for free, with no account required. Ads are shown.
• Free Account: signing in with Google gets you a daily email nudge when a new issue is out and one personal watchlist ticker. Ads are still shown.
• Pro: a paid upgrade that removes ads, delivers the full issue by email daily with your watchlist tickers included, and supports up to five watchlist tickers.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in Bull & Carabao is personalized investment, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a licensed advisor before making financial decisions. We are not responsible for actions taken based on our content.

4. Accounts, Subscription & Billing

A Free Account is created by signing in with Google, at no cost. Upgrading to Pro costs ₱99 per month: after signing in, you scan a QR code and pay using your preferred bank or payment service, then confirm your payment with the reference number it provides. Pro access is activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to active Pro subscribers.

5. Cancellation

Pro access lasts 30 days per payment and does not auto-renew. If you'd like to keep going, just make a new payment before it ends; otherwise, you'll return to the Free tier automatically, no action needed. We don't offer refunds for periods already paid. You may also delete your account entirely at any time from your dashboard.

6. Accuracy of Information

Each issue is compiled from real market data and news sources, then written using AI. We spot-check content regularly for accuracy, though individual issues are published and sent automatically each morning. We work to keep information accurate and timely, but we don't guarantee it is error-free or complete, and we're not liable for decisions made based on it. This applies equally whether you read on our site, receive a free account nudge, or receive the full Pro email.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Bull & Carabao is owned by us and provided for your personal use. Please don't republish, resell, or redistribute our issues without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bull & Carabao is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the service, including financial decisions made based on its content.

9. Independent Project

Bull & Carabao is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any bank, brokerage, or financial institution.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify active subscribers by email.
