Bull & Carabao ("we," "us," or "our") publishes a daily financial newsletter covering US and Philippine markets. Anyone can read the daily issue on our website for free, with no account required. This policy explains what information we collect if you create an account, how we use it, and the choices you have.
If you just read the daily issue on our site without signing in, we don't collect any personal information from you.
If you create a free account, you sign in with Google, and we receive your name and email address from your Google account, along with the watchlist tickers you choose to save and an optional custom avatar you can select for your profile.
If you upgrade to a Pro subscription, we additionally collect the payment reference number you provide, used to match your payment to your account, depending on which digital payment service you used. We do not receive or store your payment credentials — those are handled entirely by your digital payment service.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, whether free or Pro. If you downgrade from Pro back to Free, we retain a record of your most recent payment reference for our own accounting purposes, even after your Pro access ends. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we'll do so within a reasonable period.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us. We'll respond as soon as we can.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We can't guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify subscribers by email.
